My salad for lunch here was quite satisfying. It's hard to tell exactly how much went into it, because it was finely chopped. But it was dense, so it felt like about the same amount for the same price as similar salad shops in the Capital District. The dressing - which I requested and got on the side - was a bit more than at other similar places. They have quite a few specialty salads you can order as well as the ability to craft your own.
I did not see anyplace for fountain beverages, so as far as I could tell, your option here is bottled beverages out of the cooler behind the cash register.
I had an unusual situation regarding their WiFi. I hoped they had WiFi, and when I searched, I came upon a provider called "Greenhouse Free Wifi." It was locked, so I asked the woman behind the counter for the password. She came back about a minute later with a password, but she also pointed me to a differently named WiFi source. This was confusing. One possibility is they're being spoofed, but a spoofing site is usually not password protected. Another possibility is that they actually have 2 networks, one for their employees and one for customers. Perhaps when the woman asked for the password, the person she asked assumed she was asking for herself, for the staff's WiFi. In any case, if anyone working here has a clarification, please feel free to append my review or contact me. I would be glad to update or correct my review and the tip I left. -

We usually like Greenhouse, but probably won't be returning after tonight. We called in an order, and had to call back after being hung up on without given a wait time/price or giving our name. My turkey sandwich had ONE slice of deli turkey, 3 pieces of spinach, 1 red pepper, and was not toasted (after being assured it would be). The bread was mysteriously wet, so I did not eat it. My husband's wrap was so soggy it had fallen completely apart by the time he got home. Bad service and bad food for $28.

The salad was just ok. I got the Mexicali. The girl behind the counter was very helpful. The reason for 2 stars is because of the cold soup I was served. That's ridiculous. No sense in me returning. That's horrible quality control.

Worst lunch ever. $15 for a salad with inedible steak and brown romaine lettuce. Turkey chili is lacking turkey and the roasted red pepper bisque taste like a bowl of butter. Seriously disappointed.

Ate there last weekend. Service was very very slow and a little "too" friendly. We ordered salads to eat in.- mine was served in a bowl and my friend's in plastic. Disturbing if you're trying to be environmentally conscious. And also didn't make any sense!!! The waitress was not wearing anything to keep her hair properly out of the way and a few times pushed her bangs with the same hand that she was making our salad with. It was a tad gross. I'm not a fuss over such things but when we sat down and we both mentioned it- so surely this was not up to health standards . The salad ingredients were fresh but neither of us think we had everything we had asked for in them. Like the chicken I requested or the cheese in the Cobb salad my friend thought she should get.
A good idea but now well run /managed.
Would not recommend - plenty of other places around. #healthdepartment
